Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The annual Knutson’s Sporting Goods Buck Pole is happening throughout the day Saturday (November 15), the first day for Michigan’s regular firearm deer hunting season.
Store owner Tom Knutson talked with Marc Daly on AM Jackson about the importance of having the event take place on opening day of the season, and that hunters can display their bucks on the pole with no cost or hassle attached.
Knutson emphasized that there should be even more activity at Knutson’s Sporting Goods for the buck pole with the season kicking off on a weekend Saturday.
Plenty of prizes will be handed out throughout the afternoon, with random drawings making sure that everyone with a buck on the pole has a chance to come out of the day as a winner.
